Terms of Service

1. Use of the Service

DC Apps is a project management platform for teams and individuals. You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to transmit malicious content.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dharayana.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Plans and Billing

Free plan features are provided as-is with no uptime guarantee. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes to paid plans.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create within the Service (projects, tasks, comments, etc.). By using the Service you grant Dhara&Co. a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates at any time.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time from account settings or by contacting us. Following any termination, your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhara&Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 where applicable. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will give at least 14 days' notice for material changes.
