Frequently asked questions
Can I pay for just one tool?
Yes. Solo plans like the Invoicing plan give you full access to a single tool at a fraction of the Pro price. Everything stays in one workspace with one bill, and you can upgrade to Pro — which bundles every tool — at any time. Solo plans are single-user; to invite team members, upgrade to Pro.
Should I buy multiple solo plans or go Pro?
Each tool is billed à la carte as its own subscription, so you only pay for what you use. But two solo plans cost about the same as one Pro seat — so as soon as you need a second tool (or a team), Pro is the better deal: every tool included, unlimited members, one subscription. If you buy Pro while a solo plan is active, the solo plan is automatically set to cancel at the end of its period so you're never double-charged.
How does per-user pricing work?
You are charged only for active members in your workspace. If a member is removed mid-month, billing is adjusted proportionally for annual plans.
What counts as an active user?
Any member who has accepted their invite and has access to at least one workspace. Pending invites are not billed.
Is there a free trial for the Pro plan?
Yes. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial on your first paid subscription — no credit card required. You only pay after the trial ends. Solo plans don't include a trial — start on the Free plan if you want to try the tools first.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time. Switching to annual billing credits unused monthly time and applies the annual rate from the next billing cycle.
Does the price include GST?
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST (18%) will be added at checkout as per Indian tax regulations. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
What payment methods are supported?
We support UPI, net banking, all major credit and debit cards, and popular Indian wallets through our payment gateway.
What happens when I exceed the Free plan limits?
You will be prompted to upgrade. Your existing data is safe — we don't delete anything when limits are reached.
Is my data stored in India?
Yes. All customer data is stored in India-region infrastructure to comply with data residency requirements.
